Fashion editor, designer and consultant, Vanda Jacintho has 12 years’ experience working with some of the world’s most esteemed brands.
Born and raised in Brazil, Vanda’s career began aged just 17 when she was selected to assist the fashion editor of Vogue Brazil. Shortly after, she gained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Promotion from the prestigious London College of Fashion. She went on to work for publications including Vogue Brazil, Sunday Times, Flaunt and Tatler UK, where she had the honour of working alongside Isabella Blow.
Back in Brazil, Vanda founded Beach Couture (2005), a luxury global beachwear brand that resembled the European shape and fit. With an overwhelming demand from globetrotter clients, from 2009 Vanda decided to focus solely on her delicately crafted shawls. In 2014, the name Beach Couture was replaced by Vanda Jacintho, who in turn has also produced a range of products including jewellery .
Made to travel the world, each piece is proudly made in Brazil. Incorporating a woman’s desire for nonchalant luxury, permitting her to be effortlessly elegant in her attire.
